I biked 18.5 miles today on my 🍡 Green Tea bike.

✨ About this Ride

I really wanted to ride my bike yesterday but it was a rest day so I didn’t. I planned to ride this morning before work β€” the next earliest opportunity. When I woke up, I was not feeling as eager to ride as I would have liked.

By the time I set out on the trail, I was so glad I had pushed through the discomfort!

I enjoyed listening to the sound of my tires on the trail and the birds instead of headphones.

Since I didn’t have much time, I opted to focus a bit more on speed on this ride. I earned a number of PRs for my efforts!

I did a few loops in the parking lot of β€œAt Home”.
