Montour and Arrowhead + The Skate Park

✨ About this Ride

This was one of my most experimental rides thus far! I started on Montour Trail and diverged to the Arrowhead Trail as well as the roads, sidewalks, and parking lots of Peterswood Park.

Gear Change

This ride was notable in that I moved my bike computer from the left handlebar to the stem. I’ve secured it using zip ties. It’s much easier to check now that it’s centrally located and appreciate the reclaimed space on the handlebars.

The Trailhead

I departed from the Bebout Road trailhead. That meant carrying my bike up ~45 steps to get from where I parked my car up to the trail. The biking trails in Peterswood Park branch naturally from Montour Trail and are a lot of fun to explore. Some of the hills in the park were steep enough that the descent was rather terrifying at times.
