Great Allegheny Passage // my ankle feels

Published on by brie Ξ‡ 2 min read

I biked 6.9 miles today on my 🍡 Green Tea bike.

✨ About this Ride

Inspired by a friend, I finally found my way to the Great Allegheny Passage. I got to cross the Monongahela River via the Riverton Bridge (also known as the McKeesport Connecting Railroad Bridge).

I used the GAP Trail’s planning tools to choose the Duquesne trailhead, which served me well. I did get to bike pretty close to a fairly slow moving train towards the end of my ride!
